Other curiosities
A perfect wine made of grapes from Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon; it is of ruby red colour with violet reflexes that almost tend to granate after having matured. It is dry, savoury and full, with a slightly herbal taste and it is tannic to the right point. It can be perfectly aged for 2 -3 years.
