Other curiosities
It has a delicate and aromatic scent that reminds of yellow bell peppers, tomatoes, nutmeg and robinia flowers. It is dry, elegant and velvety in taste. Perfect to prosciutto crudo, fish appetizers and first courses with herbs and fish and second courses of white fish and light dips.
